smoking

There is no smoking or any sort allowed anywhere in any of our buildings,  nor within 15 feet of any entrance to the building.

 

Pets

We do allow pets, with some limitations. If you are interested in getting a new pet, you should review our pet policy here to make sure that your pet meets our requirements. You should also contact us so that we can keep track of what animals are in the building.

 

 

 

Garbage/recycling

Garbage and recycling bins are located in the alleys behind all of our buildings. Please do not throw non-recyclable items in the recycling bins. A guide to what is and is not recyclable can be found here. If you are throwing away cardboard boxes, they must be broken down to save space. If there is no room for them inside the container, the can be broken down and left behind the dumpster.

 

Ending your lease

If you think you might need to change the end date of your lease in any way, the first thing you should do is contact us. Depending on circumstances, we may be able to accommodate your change without any trouble. It’s also possible that it might be necessary to find a subtenant. insurance

All tenants are required to carry renters insurance. Proof of insurance should be submitted annually through the tenant portal, where policy details can be entered and proof of coverage uploaded.
